Refund Policy

At DogHikesDFW, we value your trust and aim to provide the best service possible. Please review our refund policy below:

Single Hikes (Non-Membership Bookings)

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled hike are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

No-Shows are non-refundable

Membership Plans

Memberships are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

It is the client's responsibility to schedule and use all hikes within the membership period.

Unused hikes do not roll over and will not be refunded.

Clients may cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any unused hikes within the active month.

Weather & Safety Cancellations

If a hike is canceled due to severe weather or safety concerns, you will be offered a rescheduled hike or credit toward a future hike.
